The Trove features 401 units across three separate buildings. Additionally, the site includes a cast-in-place, 10-story parking structure (two stories below-grade), which is wrapped by buildings A and B. The new community features a fitness center, bicycle storage room, collaboration area in the main lobby, and a central courtyard terrace at the main level. On top of the parking garage, a rooftop deck highlights views of downtown Arlington with both indoor and outdoor amenities. OCMI provided comprehensive construction schedule review, schedule management, delay analysis, cost estimating, and claims and change order validation support for the new residential complex, demonstrating our team’s ability to deliver holistic project control services directly to the Owner.
