OCMI has provided cost estimating and scheduling services to the Port of Los Angeles for more than ten years.

In 2012, we started to provide on-call, as needed cost estimating support. Most of our cost estimates are Independent Government Estimates (IGE) for proposed change orders submitted by contractors on all types of infrastructure and marine projects.

OCMI has provided project control services on projects from $6.5 million to over $270 million in construction.
