OCMI provided project/construction management services on $37.4 million, 89,000 SF student union at CSU San Marcos. Our team’s detailed cost tracking and forecasting ensured the project was completed under budget.

The University’s students and faculty use the space for a variety of activities and events. The space features a food service area with specialty vendors, lounge with fireplace and televisions, a patio, convenience store, game and meditation rooms, a commuter lounge with shower facilities, a multi-functional ballroom, and an outdoor amphitheater.

The building features many sustainable design solutions including extensive use of solar power panels. The state-of-the-art facility was designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
