OCMI provided CPM scheduling services to the general contractor for this new $1 billion mixed-use development that primarily encompasses the residential and condominiums Panorama Towers I and II. The twin blue-glass buildings feature one 22-story tower and one 23-story tower, respectively, each containing more than 300 condominiums. The towers contain a five-level, 516-stall parking garage. Special features include:

• 10 Townhomes surrounding the pool
• 5,000 SF retail area
• Intimate VIP Theatre Room
• State-of-the-art fitness center
