OCMI provided on-site CPM scheduling services for the General Contractor for the Las Vegas Springs Preserve, a $250 million project that covers over 180 acres incorporating indoor and outdoor cultural spaces.

For the Las Vegas Springs Preserve project, there were many different elements that OCMI had to take into consideration, including the more than 176,000 SF of interactive exhibits, educational galleries, museum space, and approximately 2 ½ miles of trails containing more than 30,000 plants in a lush botanical garden spread.
