OCMI oversaw and managed several modernizations and renovations to this historic courthouse located in downtown Alexandria, Virginia.

For this project, OCMI provided daily inspections, escorted the DB contractor, subcontractors, and others as needed; completed logs and supported the government program office with other services, including reviewing Requests for Information (RFI), performing construction design reviews, attending project meetings, and fulfilling other duties.

The total construction cost was estimated at $2.34 million.
