OCMI provided scheduling consultation to Catamount Constructors on a series of projects encompassing $10 million at Fort McCoy, WI. We assisted the GC with building and maintaining a baseline cost loaded schedule, providing monthly schedule updates, reports and narratives.

This project was the construction of several small structures and sitework that will facilitate safe and secure entry and exit into Ft. McCoy, including: Search Area Office, command room, kitchen, bathroom, mechanical room and vestibule.

In the Government’s evaluation of OCMI’s schedule management solutions, it noted, “The schedule management has been exceptional. The initial schedule submission was timely allowing an early acceptance of the baseline. Monthly submissions were always early, timely & accurate. The contractor fell slightly behind schedule because of USACE contract design issues, but recovered to finish two weeks early.”
