With the relocation of the Raiders football team to Las Vegas, a new headquarters and indoor practice facility was built in Henderson, NV. The OCMI scheduling team worked in conjunction with the contractor, W.A. Richardson, to develop and update the ongoing construction schedule for this state-of-the-art project, which includes a 50,000 SF training facility, 130,000 SF of office space, and a 150,000 SF indoor field house. OCMI completed a baseline schedule with regular progress updates throughout the planning and construction of this fast-tracked design.
