It’s National Intern Day and in recognition of our many OCMI interns-turned-employees, we have collected a series of retrospectives from our once-interns who have grown to become our firm’s leaders and future leaders. When bringing these hardworking interns on board, we not only saw the potential in them, but they saw the potential in us as an employer.
