Q: Why did you choose to pursue a career in your field?
A: I was drawn to the intellectual challenge of pre-construction. My building design and construction background, combined with my strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, equipped me with the perfect skillset to tackle the intricacies of cost estimating and scheduling. The opportunity to contribute to successful project outcomes while constantly learning and expanding my knowledge in this dynamic field is incredibly exciting.
Q: What would you like to learn or improve upon in the future?
A: I am eager to stay at the forefront of project controls by exploring how AI and innovative technologies can revolutionize cost estimation, schedule optimization, and risk management. I believe that by embracing these advancements, we can unlock significant efficiencies and achieve groundbreaking results in project delivery.
Q: What has been your most meaningful accomplishment so far?
A: A key accomplishment has been successfully applying my skills in cost estimating and scheduling to contribute to the successful delivery of multiple projects. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong understanding of project management principles and honed my ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Q: Describe an interesting hobby or pastime you have.
A: Outside of work, I am enthusiastic about exploring new places. I love immersing myself in diverse cultures, discovering hidden gems, and capturing the unique character of each place through photography. It is a fantastic way to relax and recharge, while also expanding my horizons.
