Alejandra Garza, San Diego Executive Coordinator, is instrumental in OCMI’s daily business operations, supporting senior managers and executing job site management functions for projects such as San Diego State University’s Snapdragon Stadium. Q: When did you know that you wanted to pursue a career in this field?

A: I started in the construction industry when i joined my husband’s company a few years ago; I enjoyed it back then, and I love it even more now that I work with OCMI.

Q: Who are some of your biggest influences?

A: My husband and family…our leaders, our clients, and coworkers.

Q: What do you enjoy most about working here?

A: Our team and the collaborative environment.

Q: What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

A: I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family and friends.
