Breaking Ground on the Future of Affordable Student Housing at Fresno State!

On Friday, December 6th, Fresno State officially broke ground on its first new student housing project in over 50 years! This milestone marks a transformative step in addressing the growing demand for affordable, on-campus living options.

The 80,000-square-foot development will provide apartment-style housing for 228 students, including a significant focus on serving the student-parent population. With thoughtfully designed amenities such as study spaces, recreational areas, and dining facilities, this $53.7 million project is more than just housing—it’s a community designed to support academic and personal growth.

Funded by state housing grants and CSU revenue bonds, this project represents Fresno State’s unwavering commitment to its students and their success. We are excited to be a part of such a monumental and impactful project!
