OCMI San Diego Team Members Attend Helix Charter High School Career Fair

 

On Thursday, September 12th, we had the privilege of participating in the Helix Charter High School Career Fair, where over 2,500 students attended throughout the day!

Our very own Sr. Construction Manager, Enrique Rodriguez, and Project Engineer, Celestina Rodriguez, were there to share insights into careers in Construction Management, Project Management, and Cost Estimating.

Students came prepared with great questions, guided by a brochure that prompted them to ask: 1️) What qualities do you look for in a candidate? 2️) What does a typical day look like for you? 3️) What advice would you give someone interested in this career?

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with the next generation of professionals and inspire future leaders in the CM/PM and Cost Estimating fields.
