OCMI is providing Project Controls support as part of the program management team for the San Mateo County Transportation Authority (SMCTA). This $1.2 billion Capital Improvement program involves all street and highway projects within San Mateo County and includes all phases, from preliminary planning studies, project initiation/environmental document to design, right of way certification, and construction.

Additionally we are working on the US 101 Express Lanes PS&E Phase project as the lead scheduler.
