Budgeting Saving Measures for LACCD’s New Construction Technology Building

 

OCMI, Inc. is providing a unique service line to Los Angeles Community College District with an extensive equipment assessment and estimate of existing inventory in the current Construction Technology Building at Los Angeles Trade Technical College. Determining which items still have usable life and can be transferred to the new $110 million Construction Technology Building will save funds in the District’s overall budget for their new 158,000 SF, 4-story construction, manufacturing and renewable energy campus building at LA Trade-Technical College. In addition to equipment review, OCMI has completed an extensive constructability review and building estimates for this ground-up facility.
