OCMI provided CPM scheduling services for the General Contractor for World Market Center, a $160 million, nine (9) million SF furnishings showroom and convention center located in downtown Las Vegas.

The project was completed after only 16 months, with $10 million worth of construction completed each month. The facility hosts a semiannual market, as well as a year-round design center. Buyers and exhibitors from around the world showcase furnishings, fixtures, and all other aspects of home décor.
