The Storm Hall and Nasatir Hall projects involved renovation of 115,000 SF of space, 12,000 SF of demolition, and 22,000 SF of new construction. At a cost of $54.5 million, the University upgraded these two campus facilities, built in 1957, to meet current standards, address maintenance issues, and improve energy conservation. The design includes space for two large lecture hall auditoriums, and a convenience store.

O'Connor's services began during design phase, providing a feasibility budget and cost estimates for the architect. The University then competitively solicited for construction management services and selected O'Connor.
