Under our IDIQ Cost Engineering Services Contract with the General Services Administration, O’Connor was selected to perform cost estimating services for the major modernization of the Herbert C. Hoover Building. Contracted services included a design development-level cost estimate, variance report, market survey, and on-site reconciliation.

When built in 1932, the Hoover Building was the largest building in the world. Currently, the building houses 3,500 employees and is home to the U.S. Department of Commerce, the National Aquarium, and the White House Visitor Center.
