Originally constructed in 1932, this historic U.S. Post Office and Federal Courthouse was renovated and converted into a museum devoted to informing visitors about the historic impact the mob made on Las Vegas.

This $50 million project was completed in several phases in order to preserve the historic structure accurately. O’Connor provided cost estimating, constructability reviews, scheduling, and construction management services.
